Once your report is ready, SiteClinic ranks vetted agencies using a five-factor weighted score: • Specialization match (35%) — agencies whose strengths match your top issues • Location (20%) — same prefecture / region • Language (20%) — Japanese and/or English capability • Review track record (15%) — past client ratings • First-response speed (10%) — average reply time We surface the top 3–5 matches. When you pick one, the report is shared with them so they can come to the first conversation with a concrete proposal.
